Job Description:

Oversees the day to day operations of the Welcome Desk and Hotel Desk.  Ensuring that the team is properly staffed for each area and training for new hires as well as ongoing staff training. 

Essential functions include:

Coordinating staffing schedule, staff training/education, and providing relief for the team if there are staffing issues.  

This position will also be able to handle the care of the deposit.

They will Represent the Guest Accommodations department and CTCA, upholding the Mission, Vision, Values, Promise, Bond and Service Standards of the organization to deliver the Mother Standard® of care and maintain the Cancer Treatment Centers of America brand.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Customer Service/Hospitality experience, preferably with 2-3 years in a hospitality/hotel environment. 

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Strong de-escalation skills

    *      Detail oriented

    *      Excellent communication and writing skills

    *      Excellent customer service skills

    *      Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

    *      Knowledge of local area and its venues

    *      Ability to operate a vehicle
