Position Overview

The Concierge Services Rep delivers exceptional customer services to patients, caregivers and guests by providing key point-of-entry services through a streamlined, efficient process. Makes informed decisions in meeting the patient’s needs related to accommodations, registration, and schedule throughout their stay, and makes preparations to return home.  The Concierge Services Rep is the gatekeeper to welcoming all who enter the facility, and those on-site in a warm and professional manner, while managing and maintaining the lobby area. This individual represents Southwestern Regional Medical Center by upholding the Mission, Vision, Values, Promise, Stakeholder Bond and Services Standards of the organization to deliver the Mother Standard© of Care and maintain the CTCA brand.

Key Position Qualifications

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor degree preferred
  • 2 years healthcare admission experience preferred
  • 2 years experience in hotel and / or hospitality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and customer services skills, with ability to provide on the spot services recovery
  • Computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Electronic Health systems, Registration systems, Reservation systems
  • Working knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, payor requirements and HIPPS privacy laws
