Job Overview

The Patient Advocate will assist in the daily activities and function of the Patient Relations department.  They will professionally represent Cancer Treatment Centers of America when dealing with patients and guests.  The Patient Advocate will possess the following qualities:  compassion, enthusiasm, strong initiative, resourceful and be team oriented.  They will exhibit excellent verbal and writing skills as well as attention to detail.  Additionally, the Patient Advocate will be sensitive to the needs of patients and their guests and will set an example in way of handling difficult situations and helping make decisions to where patients would be most comfortable and receive the best benefit of care. 

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.

Minimum of 2 years in the hospitality and healthcare industry

Advocacy experience preferred

Pushing/pulling objects of light weight
