Job Description:

Work hours are M-F 8-5pm PST

The Supervisor, New Patient Intake Coordination role is responsible for providing oversight to the New Patient Access Coordinators. This role will require support to the team by proactively and creatively solving issues, oversee workflows, create process improvements, ensure quality outcomes, set goals and expectations for performance. The role includes reporting on metrics and tracking department Key Performance Indicators. This includes reporting on metrics at a minimum of weekly/monthly along with tracking to identify and address opportunities in real-time.

Skills, Education and Additional Information

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in Healthcare Industry required
  • Minimum two years leadership experience in Healthcare industry required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite, EPIC, Salesforce, Verint, Cisco
  • Familiarity with oncology is preferred
  • Requires appropriate internet services, speed and dedicated work space to effectively work from home

Pay Range

$48,648.29 - $80,196.48

Placement within the identified pay range is based on individual and market factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, credentials (including licenses and certifications), geographic location, market competition, skill set (including market availability of required skills), assigned/anticipated job tasks, and level of responsibility.  These factors are considered without regard to an individual’s status as a member of any protect group pursuant to federal, state, and/or local law.
