Position Overview

Manages and supervises the Patient Relations, Guest Services, Outpatient Accommodations and Travel departments.  Primary role is that of liaison to patient, family members, physicians, and staff/departments.  To ensure patients’ rights and services to which they are entitled in accordance with the philosophy and mission of Eastern.  Facilitate timely and positive resolution of patient/family concerns.  Identify specific trends and make recommendations for improvement in patient care delivery. Strong analytical skills are required.

Key Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in work related field required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in the hospitality and healthcare industry; management experience required.
  • Must have strong analytical skills.
