The Financial Analyst is responsible for performing various analyses on revenue, reimbursement, service utilization and data analyses at the direction of leadership. Create and implement:  Contract Billing, Analysis, Reporting, and Return on Investment calculations, presentations to leadership team and system efficiencies. Develop and create policies and procedures for department objectives and utilize analytical tools and models. 


  • Knowledge of financial and accounting principles at a level normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Upward mobility in accounting/finance related roles in a finance department.  Certification a plus.
  • 1 – 3 years of accounting/finance experience required
  • Minimum of 1-3 years in a hospital setting preferred
  • 1 - 3 years of forecasting and financial planning preferred
