Job Summary:

The Senior Specialist, Digital Marketing will apply comprehensive knowledge of digital fundraising best practices to deliver a high impact experience across online platforms for diverse audiences. Utilizing expertise in UX strategies, this professional will provide strategic leadership and oversight of to optimize performance, usability and fundraising impact while ensuring a consistent brand message and voice. The individual in this role will leverage proven skills in best-in-class digital fundraising strategies including appeals, reactivation, stewardship and SEO, strategically developing and deploying targeted campaigns and search strategies to accelerate reputation and revenue growth.         


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related discipline
  • 3 -5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably at a non-profit fundraising organization
  • Proven knowledge in digital best practices resulting in significant engagement and revenue, with demonstrated ability to develop and lead the implementation of comprehensive online marketing plans and strategies ensuring an optimized brand and messaging infrastructure
  • Extensive experience in website UX/usability strategies across digital devices and platforms, with demonstrated ability to recommend enhancements and lead the implementation of site architecture projects that result in increased engagement and traffic conversion
  • Solid understanding of search best practices and optimization techniques, including search engine ranking factors, algorithms and core SEO principles, with proven ability to drive significant results
