Job Description:

Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm

The Office Coordinator, Facilities, reporting to the Facility Manager, is responsible for supporting the Facility Manager in the management and maintenance of the facility in Schaumburg, IL as well as partner with the Office Coordinator overseeing the facility in Boca Raton, FL.  In cooperation with the Facility Manager, the Office Coordinator ensures that all Stakeholders work in a safe, functioning, and presentable environment that maximizes productivity.  Serves as the secondary liaison between the Schaumburg and Boca corporate offices and all Stakeholders and office/facility vendors.

Skills, Education and Additional Information

  • Requires High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Experience
  • Strong written and interpersonal skills, planning and attention to detail required
  • Ability to make decisions as needed in the absence of the Facility Manager
  • Strong computer skills required including Word and Excel
  • Organization skills, flexibility and the ability to multitask
