Job Description:

The Operations & Business Development Specialist is accountable for client success of the CTCA Affiliate Program. This includes developing and maintaining long-term successful relationships with a portfolio of clients under the CTCA Affiliate Program. Responsibilities include onboarding new relationships, managing initiatives aimed at market development, implementing new product solutions to meet client needs, and executing operational strategy. The specialist is also responsible for maintaining the operational workflows between Affiliate partners and CTCA teams. Market size is minimum 1-3 affiliates.

Education:

  • Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree with a business, marketing or healthcare focus or equivalent work experience

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of health care experience preferred
  • Proven experience communicating with top executives and physicians

Job Prerequisites:

  • Ability to execute strategic direction and commit to a long-range goal
  • Must be goal-oriented and demonstrate the ability to achieve goals in a team environment
  • Posses creative thinking skills to navigate complicated situations with a strong ability to problem solve
  • Ability to work at a fast pace, prioritize multiple activities and respond in a timely manager to numerous requests
