Job Description:

CTCA Health is a newly formed affiliate of CTCA building a digital patient empowerment platform in oncology care to advance the state of care by driving clinical innovation through the use of data, connecting patients to service providers, and enabling the ongoing shift to value-based care.

Support the growth of CTCA Health, a new enterprise in the oncology space, through involvement in business plan development, strategic partnership formation, and M&A.

Job Responsibilities

25%Support corporate development efforts and growth strategy across CTCA Health businesses

25%|  Aid in business plan development and financial modeling

20%| Conduct market research and competitor analysis

20%Identify and analyze potential M&A or investment opportunities, supporting due diligence

10%| Coordinate and oversee cross-functional teams in evaluating potential growth opportunities and transaction execution efforts

Skills, Education and Additional Information

  • 1-3 years of experience at an investment bank or consulting firm, or in a corporate development role
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ability to develop a deep understanding of market opportunities in healthcare
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Background in healthcare preferred but not required
  • Undergraduate degree from a competitive school
