Contributes to the hospital network by assuming responsibility for incoming and outbound calls, as well as paging office staff, emergency codes and maintaining hospital wide directories.   The provided service allows for overall fluid functioning of the hospital.


  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year previous switchboard experience


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior Cisco “Call-manager Attendant Console” a plus
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Self-starter and detail oriented
