A Steward/Dishwasher properly cleans service-ware, pots, pans, etc. and performs a variety of custodial functions for the Food Service Department. Records temperatures, de-limes dish-machine and maintains cleanliness at all times of the dish-room. Assist stock person at times with putting away stock following their instruction. Assist with trayline during meal periods. Overtime may be required during high peak times or special functions.


Minimum Qualifications:

Serv Safe Certification or equivalent certification required

Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions

Ability to recognize and respond to signs and symbols.

Ability to function as a team player
