The Guest Quarters Coordinator will:

Exhibit a warm, professional and genuine welcome to our guests at check in and check out time

Confirm all guest reservation data is accurate in the reservation software at check in and check out time

Process and ensure each guest payment is recorded accurately

Process guest room keycards in a secure manner to ensure the safety of our guests

Balance his or her cash drawer at the end of shift

Assist guests with checking in luggage

Answer all incoming front desk calls in a timely, efficient manner

Communicate effectively with housekeeping staff to maintain proper room status in reservation software

Utilize work order system to ensure maintenance department is aware of needed repairs

Address guest concerns in a timely manner, involving manager when necessary

Work diligently with all stakeholders and external customers to ensure quality service is delivered at all times

Hours are  3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: High school graduate with at least two years of customer service experience                                          
  • Schedule:  Ability to work flexible hours and on-call hours.  Schedule will be finalized upon employment
