The Director of Finance is responsible for serving both patients and stakeholders by providing leadership with the timely and accurate tools they need to proactively manage, make decisions and drive the strategic initiatives of the hospital. The initiatives supported generate a direct and substantial impact on Southeastern Regional Medical Center. The Director of Finance will work with executives, department leaders and clinical leadership at Southeastern and across CTCA to conceive, develop, implement and drive continuous improvement in business analytics, delivering timely and accurate information, to ensure company goals are achieved. Responsibilities will also include growing and developing top analytic talent, ensuring budget delivery and supporting physician practice administrative needs.
The role will be tasked daily with serving as a business partner of choice to provide value added insights and ensure timely information flow to the hospital.
Key Position Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Accounting or Finance.
• Masters degree in healthcare management or business highly preferred.
• Must have a minimum of 8 years of experience within Accounting/Finance .
• Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in business operations, reimbursement, accounting and financial operations required.
