Performs a variety of diet office and patient service tasks, which relate to the delivery and implementation of patient meal service to include: diet order documentation, food preferences, menu selections, tray delivery and food complaints, distribution and collection of menus and patient satisfaction surveys. Responsible for census and tray counts. Overtime maybe required during peak times and high census days.

                                                                                                                                                                                          

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Serv Safe Certification or equivalent certification required

Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions

Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to perform simple math calculations

Knowledge of HACCP-Food Borne Illness Prevention, Temperature control, sanitation dating, and food proper storage

Ability to function as a team player
