The CTMS Administrator is responsible for the oversight and coordination of all activities that involve the Clinical Trial Management System used in the planning, execution and reporting of CTCA’s clinical trials. This position will manage the build and ongoing tracking of all system components for studies including study documents, research calendars, data collection tools, and its comprehensive financial system in an efficient and timely manner. This role will report to the CTCA Director of Clinical Trials and will work collaboratively with Directors/Managers of Clinical Research at the regional medical centers, Legal and Finance to produce a fully implemented and efficient solution. The role follows all applicable CTCA standards, Good Clinical Practices, and regulatory guidelines.


  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or IT required, Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in clinical research for CRO, drug/medical device development or medical/academic centers
  • Experience in an oncology setting preferred
